    Instructions for Sinus Relief:

    Clean and rinse the sinus rinse kit bottle with clean water before use. Fill the empty sinus rinse kit bottle with 20 -40 ml of Nano Hydrosol solution. Rinse through one nostril.     Instructions for Sore Throat Relief:

    Use clean empty cup/glass. Pour 20 - 40ml of Nano Hydrosol solution. Use enough to gargle at the affected areas of the throat. Gargle for 0.5 - 3mins, then spit out the solution. You can repeat with the remainder solution.

    For best results, you can repeat the steps above, 1 to 3 times a day, as and when needed.
