    (2) Appointment must be made at least one (1) day in advance.
    (3) Valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase.
    (4) E-voucher is non-refundable, re-redeemable and non-exchangeable for other items, or cash.
    (5) Please present the printed Trumer voucher to redeem this offer.
    (6) Non refundable tip for driver of RM100/pax will be collected upon registration.
    (7) Non refundable handling fee of RM50/pax will be collected upon registration.
    (8) Minimum of 10 adults per group. RM250/pax will be charged for group of 2-5 adults; RM150/pax will be charged for group of 6-9 adults.
    (9) RM299/pax will be charged for children between 0-3 years-old; an additional RM300/pax will be charged for children between 4-17 years-old on top of adult fare.
    (10) Exclude breakfast for children without bed.
    (11) Lunch and dinner are excluded for groups with less than 10pax.
    (12) Complimentary 1 (one) bottle of mineral water/pax/day.
    (13) A penalty of RM300/pax/day will be charged for guests who leave group during travel period.
    (14) A penalty of RM300/pax/day will be charged for guests who reject to enter designated shopping point.
    (15) English or Malay tour guides are compulsory for non-Chinese guests.
    (16) Airport Transfer charges are non-refundable for pre-arrive or/and extended tour customers.
    (17) The company reserves right to cancel part or the rest of the journey if any delay on the trip is caused by the customer, no refund wil be made. The company reserves right to claim compensation for any losses which might occur against related customer.
    (18) The company reserves right to amend the itinerary and terms and conditions without affecting to the trip.

      1. Payment via Online Banking
        Members are also allowed to complete payments via online banking on TrumerX. This includes payments via credit card, debit cards and FPX.

        By completing payment via online banking, members are entitled to receive a bonus of 5%TRM for every transaction carried out.

      1. Payment via Direct Bank Transfer
        Kindly follow the steps listed below to complete payments via Direct Bank Transfer:
        1. Proceed to ‘Self-Collect’ option
        2. Select ‘After Payment is Made’
        3. Indicate your desired delivery address in the ‘Remarks Box’
        4. Complete payment via direct bank transfer using the following information

    There are two delivery options available:

        This option is available for selected merchants only. Items are to be collected at designated areas determined by merchants.

        Purchased items can also be directly delivered to members. Shipping charges may apply.

    REWARDS
