TrumerX Dropshipper & Reseller Program
TrumerX is now offering Dropshipper & Reseller Program for all members to act as 1) Direct Sellers and 2) Sellers subject to the terms and conditions attached.

Terms & Conditions for Direct Sellers and Sellers:

Direct Sellers
Direct Sellers shall offer their products or goods to be sold by Sellers in the TrumerX platform. Products or goods to be sold under this program has to be approved by TrumerX. All administrative and logistics execution has to be performed by the Direct Sellers. Any non performance by the Direct Sellers will cause the listed products to be removed immediately from TrumerX. Any rewards to be paid to Sellers shall be indicated in the product listing page. Payment due to the Direct Sellers, after deducting for fees charged by TrumerX and rewards paid to Sellers, will be paid to the Direct Sellers bank account 2 days after delivery has been confirmed received by the buyers.

Sellers
Sellers will have the above products listed in their product listing. Any quantities of the products sold by the Sellers will earn them the rewards according to the offers by the Direct Sellers. This is shown in the products page of the listing. Any rewards payable to the Sellers will be indicated in the Balance Payable. All rewards will have the total amount added until the cut off date as follows: a) from the 1st. to the 15th. of the month and b) from the 16th. to the end of the month. Payments of a) will be made by the 20th. of the month and b) will be made by the 5th. of the following month to the bank account of the Sellers.

1. Transaction Fees And Policy
Fees will be payable in the form of cash in local currency (denoted as RM) and/or TRM (the TrumerX term for "TRM"), where applicable.

The cash fee amount will be reflected in the monthly statement of account and is due 15 days from the statement date.
The above cash fees are currently waived until further notice.

Transaction Fees and Policy For RM Transactions

Buyers (Trumer Members and Merchants)
All buyers using RM for their transactions will be rewarded with the RM Incentive Program

Sellers (Trumer Merchants)
TRM to be credited to Trumer Merchant: 4%
RM to be credited to Trumer Merchant: 90%

Sellers (Trumer Members)
TRM to be credited to Trumer Member: 4%
RM to be credited to Trumer Member: 90%

RM is used to record the value of goods and services transacted in the local currency between the buyer and seller. The value of the local currency is as per the table 'RM and Value of Local Currency' as determined and displayed by TrumerX at the time of the transaction.The numerical value of TRM is determined by the similar numerical value of RM. The buyer will not be subjected to any fees. The policy of crediting and paying the seller shall be:
When RM is transacted, the amount of local currency paid by the buyer as received by TrumerX and the equivalent RM, less fees or charges due to TrumerX from any Member and/or Merchant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, is credited to the seller as a pending RM balance. This pending balance cannot be used for any transactions within TrumerX. The pending RM balance will then be credited to the bank account of the seller in the local currency within the stipulated time given in this Agreement by TrumerX and the equivalent amount of the local currency to be credited to the bank account will be as determined and displayed by TrumerX as per the table 'RM and Value of Local Currency' at the time of the transaction.

Transfer of TRM
Only verified Trumer Members/Merchants are allowed to perform transfer of TRM.
For transfer of TRM between Members/Merchants to be approved by TrumerX, Members/Merchants must have a minimum balance of TRM5 remaining in their TrumerX account upon transfer.
Should Members/Merchants not meet the transfer requirements, TrumerX reserves the right to reject the transfer request.

2. TrumerPay
Trumer Pay has now enabled members to carry out transactions using TRM and/or RM. This is done for the convenience of members who do not have enough TRM. In the event where members do not have enough TRM, members are able to complete their purchases or make their balance payment either through cash paid directly to the merchants, or via the payment gateway provided.
The amount of TRM you have in your account is displayed on the TrumerX App. Should you not have enough TRM required to complete the transaction, you can either:
1. Use the amount of TRM that you have and pay the balance in cash to the merchant.
2. Complete balance payment via payment gateway (Using Online Banking Via FPX) provided, by exchanging your RM for TRM and then complete the transaction using TRM.
For 1. above, when you make balance payment that is paid in cash directly to the merchants, no rewards will be given.
For 2. above, when you make balance payment in RM via the payment gateway provided, you will be rewarded with up to 15% TRM of the amount that you exchange the RM (ie, you exchange RM100, you will be credited 515TRM)(until further notice) for TRM to complete the payment, terms and conditions will apply.

3. RM Incentive Program
Members who use RM to transact on the TrumerX platform will also be rewarded with 5% TRM. As an introductory offer, Trumer is rewarding Members with up to 3 times of the 5% TRM, making that a total of up to 15% TRM(ie, you exchange RM100 using Online Banking via FPX Platform, you will be credited 515TRM) (until further notice). Members can make use of the rewarded TRM, which has no expiry date, for various transaction purposes at any time.

4. Trumer Reward Program (TRP)
The Trumer Reward Program is now amended as follows:
Upon activation of account, via the link sent to the members’ hand phone, 10TRM will be credited to the members account.

5. Merchant Incentive Program
This is not applicable. This has been replaced by the relevant transaction fees charged.

6. Additional Terms and Conditions For Merchants Only

A processing fee of RM100.00 is payable upon registration.

8. Car Pooling Coordination Services

Fees Chargeable: For a promotional period from now until further notice, TrumerX will be charging for this service as follows: TrumerX will deduct the transaction amount payable by the Passenger to the Driver by 6%. 94% of the payable amount by the Passenger will be credited to the Driver as per the terms and conditions herewith.

Car Pooling Coordination Services

TrumerX is now offering Car Pooling Coordination Services to its members subject to the terms and conditions attached.

Terms & Conditions for Drivers and Passengers
• Drivers are the members who offer their vehicles for car pooling purposes. Passengers are members who request the use of the car pooling vehicles offered by the Drivers.
• Drivers offer to provide the vehicle to pick up the passenger from their home/office/designated location or arrange to pick up the passengers along the route as indicated by the Driver, with the amount of TRM (Weekly or monthly) to be credited to them. All Drivers must indicate their car registration numbers with car details, road tax expiry and any exclusion in insurance conditions.
• Passengers request the Driver to pick them up from their home/office/designated location or at the designated location for the Driver to pick them up.
• All Drivers and Passengers must be verified members.
• Once the request of the Passengers is accepted by the Driver, the TRM of the Passenger is deducted from the Passenger’s account, and kept in escrow by TrumerX, (Weekly or monthly as the case maybe), to be released to the Driver upon the provision of the services to the Passenger being fulfilled by the Driver, after 3 working days, less the fees charged by TrumerX. The Driver must be in contact with the Passenger to fulfil their agreement. Both parties will be given their HP numbers upon the offer and request being accepted. Before the offer and acceptance, TrumerX is not obliged to reveal their individual HP numbers to each other.
• Any complaints by any party may result in parties being blacklisted by TrumerX from using this service. Complaints will be directed to the management of TrumerX whose decision and action taken, including blacklisting is final.
• The Current Fees, charged for this service is as follow: TrumerX will deduct the transaction amount payable by the Passenger to the Driver by 15%. 85% of the payable amount by the Passenger will be credited to the Driver as per the terms and conditions herewith.

The Trumer Reward Program is now amended as follows:
• Upon activation of account, 10TRM will be credited to the members account.
• Upon confirmation of members saving Trumer hand phone number in their phone book, 10TRM will be credited to the members account.

Transaction Fees and Policy

Transfer of TRM
• Only verified Trumer Members/Merchants are allowed to perform transfer of TRM.

Transaction Fees and Policy for RM Transactions

Administrative Fees
Merchants who are not charged any transaction fees will be subjected to an administrative fee of RM50 for the first RM1000 transacted. The administrative fee will only be charged if the Merchant’s transactions surpass RM1000. There is no limit to the transaction value in RM that can be transacted by Merchants. Thereafter the merchants will be charged 5.0% fees for any transactions after that.

Transaction Fees and Policy for Trumer Pay Transactions

All buyers who use TRM for their transactions will not be subjected to any fees.

Buyers who use RM (xRM) to pay balance payment via payment gateway will be rewarded with 5% TRM as per the RM Incentive Program.

Sellers (Trumer Merchants)
For transactions using TRM, sellers will be charged 2.5% for every transaction.

For transactions in RM (xRM) online, the sellers will be settled in cash as below:

The administrative fee will only be charged if the Merchant’s weekly transactions surpass RM1000. There is no limit to the transaction value in RM that can be transacted by Merchants.

As of 2nd March 2018

TrumerX is now offering the exchange of RM (known as xRM) to TRM at a new competitive rate. This exchange can be made online via the FPX payment gateway. The program allows members to obtain enough TRM in order for them to complete transactions using Trumer Cash Vouchers at any Trumer Merchants' Outlets. The exchange of RM to TRM will be at the prevailing rate at the time of exchange.

As of 5th February 2018

TrumerX has introduced Cash Vouchers issued by Merchants. The sale of these Cash Vouchers is at the sole discretion of the Merchants. These vouchers can only be redeemed at issuing Merchant's outlet. For the Cash Vouchers that are sold in TRM, TrumerX will reimburse (in RM) up to 2.5% of the Merchant's total transactions for the month. This reimbursement will be credited to the merchant's account within 7 working days from the last day of the month.

TrumerX has also issued Trumer Cash Vouchers for sale in TRM to members/merchants at the rate prescribed by Trumer at time of purchase. These Cash Vouchers can be redeemed at any participating Trumer Merchants' outlets. Upon voucher redemption, settlement to the Merchants will be completed within 48 working hours to the bank account provided by the merchant. The merchant's bank account must be updated before the merchant is able to redeem these vouchers.

All members or merchants will be subjected to the programs as stated in Current TrumerX Programs, as of 5th.of January 2018 and the Current Fees and Policy hereunder.

1. Trumer Reward Program (TRP)
Trumer Reward Program rewards members with 5% TRM whenever they upload their purchase receipt of daily expenditures via the TrumerX mobile app. The reward that each member is entitled to is capped at TRM30 per receipt, with a monthly cap of TRM50.
Members can participate in this program for three months from the day they sign up with TrumerX. They can also make use of the TRM, which has no expiry date, for various transaction purposes at any time. All members who signed up earlier will be regarded as current date members, effective from 20th of May 2016.

2. RM Incentive Program
The RM Incentive Program rewards members who transact in RM. Members who have verified and completed the registration process will receive RM10 off their first purchase on TrumerX. Members who use RM to transact on the TrumerX platform will also be rewarded with 5% TRM. As an introductory offer, Trumer is rewarding Members with up to 3 times of the 5% TRM, making that a total of up to 15% TRM (until further notice). Members can make use of the rewarded TRM, which has no expiry date, for various transaction purposes at any time.

In return, merchants will be rewarded with an equivalent amount of the Transaction Fees and Policy for RM, in the form of TRM. Members are allowed to sell on the TrumerX platform with a sale limit of up to RM1000 per month. Members who sell more than RM1000 a month will be upgraded to Merchants and will be subjected to the Additional Terms and Conditions for Merchants Only.

Due to high demand in regards to using TRM to purchase CASH VOUCHERS, TrumerX has introduced Cash Vouchers issued by Merchants. The sale of these Cash Vouchers is at the sole discretion of the Merchants. These vouchers can only be redeemed at issuing Merchant's outlet. TrumerX has introduced Trumer Pay for all members and merchants. All members or merchants will be subjected to the following fees and policies, in addition to the Transaction Fees And Policy stated in the Current TrumerX Programs, as of 20th June 2017.
