Gall Bladder Cleanse

1. For the first 5 Five days, take four glasses of apple juice everyday or eat 4 or 5 apples everyday, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gall stones. During these 5 days, eat normally.
2. On the 6 day, take no dinner. After 12 noon, do not take any more solid food. Drinks or juices are OK. After 6 hours of no solid food, ie. at 6pm, take one and half (1 ½) to two (2) teaspoonful of Epson Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) salt with a glass of warm water of 200cc. Magnesium Sulphate will open the gall bladder ducts.
3. Then at 8pm, repeat the above. Take one and half (1 ½) to two (2) teaspoonful of Epson Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) salt with a glass of warm water of 200cc.
4. Then at 10pm, take 115cc of olive oil and 115cc of freshly squeezed lemon juice and then stir and mixed them thoroughly. The oil eases and lubricates the passage of the gall stones easily.
5. After completing No 4 above, sleep on your right side if possible.

Warning : The Epson salt also acts as a laxative. After taking the Epson salt, your bowel movements may be immediate. Be very near the places where you can easily empty your bowels. Usually your bowel movements will be within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Should your bowel movements, move within those times, proceed to 4 above. However if your bowels do not move, just confirm that you do not have any discomfort with your intestinal organs. If you have any discomfort with your intestinal organs, do not proceed to 4 above, taking the olive oil and lemon juice. Just stop after taking the second intake of the Epson salt. Otherwise proceed to 4 above.

Usually after about 12 hours, the stones from your gall bladder will be excreted out. Just watch the stools that comes out. It is usually greenish in colour with blackish or greenish stones.
